It is important, as you study and compare various hunting packages, that you grasp actual content, quality and value of the offering.  Once you participate in a hunting program  you realize that there is much more to consider than just the first-price of the plan.  In fact, you will forget the first-price of the hunting package soon, but you will not forget the memorable experiences  produced by  the plan (or the lack thereof). Package plans vary significantly from place to place.  They are offered for the guests who want to hunt multiple days and experience accommodations, services and amenities in addition to the actual hunt.

SPORTSMAN'S PLAN  (our basic hunt plan)
Three pheasant daily limit.  Use your dogs and guide your hunt.  Lodging in one of our own  private hunting lodges.  Process your own harvested game birds.  We furnish all hunting licenses  and include Jan's great farm breakfast.
Cost:   Adult (16 years and over) :  $295 per person, per day
Young hunter (under 16) :  Half price-$147.50 per day

PREMIUM SPORTSMAN'S PLAN
Same plan as Sportsman's Plan, but upgraded to six pheasant daily limit.
Cost:   Adult (16 years and over):       $355  per person, per day
Young hunter (under 16) : Half price-$177.50 per day

SAFARI PLAN (made to be "pampered")
Six pheasant daily limit.  We furnish dogs, dog handlers, great lodging, gamebird processing,  all hunting licenses, breakfast, lunch and necessary support services.
Cost:   Adult (16 years and over) :$395 per person, per day
Young hunter (under 16) : Half price-$197.50 per day

IOWA PLAN 

SUPER QUAIL SAFARI  (Iowa's best quail hunt):
Even though the multiple coveys of quail are wild released on our farm, they inhabit a completely  natural  habitat and are instinctively wild.  Shoot as many as you can get over a three hour hunt.   The hunt is planned for 3-5 hunters and makes a great "add-on" or diversification to your pheasant hunt.   Conveniently substitutes for a half-day of your pheasant hunt.
Cost:   All hunters :$630 for entire group, plus processing

**NOTE:  FOR ALL  HUNTERS BORN AFTER JANUARY 1, 1967 IOWA LAW REQUIRES  AN APPROVED HUNTER EDUCATION SAFETY COURSE BE COMPLETED BEFORE A HUNTING LICENSE CAN BE ISSUED.  A HUNTING LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL HUNTERS 16 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER.

As of December 1, 2005, relative Iowa State and Local Option sales taxes will be added to all hunt prices.  The sales tax and local option taxes will increase the total charges for the hunt by the appropriate, relative amounts.
