C) Determination of total membership fees:
The total fees can be determined by adding a fee charge for "fixed" hunting expenses (land, labor,
machinery, equipment and facilities) and the "per bird" charges (pheasant, quail, partridge)
D) Methods of payment for bird charges:
Method 1: Pay-as-you-go
Method 2: Pre-pay at the time of membership activation. May result in a substantial cash
savings.
