WELCOME TO OUR GREAT UPLAND HUNTING PROGRAM.
Surely, you have concerns about the high price of gasoline these
days. Probably, you have even heard about the "Great demise of the
CRP program" throughout the midwestern states. Well, we have
good news for you. Our CRP ACREAGE is 100% intact and we
have all kinds of excellent upland gamebird habitat. If you're
worried about losing your favorite hunting farms in Iowa, the Dakotas,
Nebraska or Kansas, due to farmers and ranchers taking their farms
out of CRP, then you need worry no more. WE HAVE LOTS OF LAND
STILL ENROLLED IN CRP and our local pheasant numbers promise to be
high.
Additionally, we have developed our BUDGET PLAN PRICING
SYSTEM enabling you to fight inflation and the high price of
gasoline by adjusting the costs of your hunting program with us to
your individual budget.
Here are some examples of how it works:
1) If you need to hunt for around $200 per hunter, per
day, Select PLAN A and add a night's
lodging to it-
2) PLAN C is a great buy if you want an economy
hunt with "lots of birds to shoot"
3) PLAN E is a great, economy hunt and includes
about everything you need if you have
your own hunting dogs and want to do most of
the hunt for yourself
4) PLAN B is a great plan for
an economy hunt with younger family member hunters
5) PLAN F is a great example of a "Deluxe" hunt
for the person who likes a wide
variety of services included with the hunt
HERE'S THE MAIN POINT: CRP, fuel prices, or inflation
are not good reasons to eliminate your upland gamebird hunting trip this
upcoming season. We are pledging to assist you with your own methods
of "cost control" with our BUDGET PRICING SYSTEM.

PLAN A: HALF OR FULL DAY PHEASANT HUNT ONLY:
Use your own dogs or have us work the dogs for you. Three
pheasant limit for a half
day hunt, six pheasant limit for full day
Half day: $165 each hunter
Full day: $315 each hunter
License: $18
Dog and guide: $115 each half day (group charge)
PLAN B: FAMILY MEMORY MAKER:
$239 each hunter, each day
Especially for families with youth 15 years of age or younger.
Includes the following:
Six bird daily limit, each hunter. Mixture of pheasant,
quail and partridge.
Lodging
Breakfast
Licenses
Hunt with your own dogs
Dress your own birds
PLAN C: GRAND SLAM:
$289 each hunter, each day
Unlimited mixed bag of pheasant, quail and partridge. Includes
the following:

PLAN D: SUPER QUAIL:
$239 each hunter, half day
Half day hunt. A nice substitute for a half day of your
pheasant hunting package. Flush
multiple coveys and shoot as many as you can get. Use
your own dogs or hire ours
PLAN E: SPORTSMAN'S ECONO:
$335 each hunter, each day
Four pheasant daily limit, each hunter. Use your own dogs or hire
ours. Includes:

Breakfast
Licenses
Free use of ATV for field accommodations, if needed
PLAN F: DELUXE SAFARI PLAN:
$455 each hunter, each day
Includes everything you want/need. A minimum of six pheasant
daily limit, each hunter.
May shoot more. Free extra quail and partridge.
Includes:
Lodging
Breakfast
Licenses
Lunch at nearby restaurant
Dogs and handlers
Service staff
Free use of ATV for field accommodations, if needed
Gamebird processing and freezing
ADDED INFORMATION REGARDING ALL HUNTING PLANS:
1) Iowa sales and use taxes, plus local hotel/motel taxes
are additional charges
2) If you wish to stay an extra night in your lodge, add $55
each hunter
3) Hunter Safety Education certification is required for all
hunters born after
January 1, 1972
4) A small group charge of $100 will be added to single-hunter
parties
5) We will gladly make evening meal reservations for you at
nearby area restaurants.
6) A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to schedule a hunt.
Changes in numbers
may be made if contact is established 72 hours or more in
advance of arrival time.
While the deposit is non-refundable, it may be credited to
another hunting trip
to be scheduled within the current hunting season,
September 1st thru March 31st
All major credit cards are accepted for payments, including
deposits.
