New Multiple Day Hunting Packages:
Due to demand, four different hunting packages are offered, available September 1, 2013.

 

Budget-Priced Econo Iowa Plan: Requires a hunting party of four hunters. Use your own dogs and harvest a regular Iowa daily limit of three cox pheasant "or" eight Bobwhite quail. NO PLANTED BIRDS. WILD BIRDS ARE WILD RELEASED, GUARANTEED, ONTO YOUR INDIVIDUAL HUNTING FARMS. Hunt different land every morning and afternoon. Hunting is like the old days. Price includes the hunt, great lodging in our private hunting camp, all licenses and complete use of camp. Process your own harvested game birds, cook your own meals (all utensils provided) and guide your own hunts. Safari Iowa Staff only shows you where to hunt. Hunt includes three days of hunting and four nights of lodging.
Cost: $699 each hunter, plus Iowa taxes (for the entire trip).
(A premier Iowa upland hunting trip that is budget priced for the "do-it-yourselfer").

Basic Sportsman's Plan: This hunt provides a chance for a six pheasant limit each day for each hunter in the party. It includes lodging and all required licenses.
It is required that guests have/use their own hunting dogs and process their own harvested game birds. All meals are the responsibility of hunting guests.
Cost: $379 each hunter, each hunting day.

Full Service Safari Plan: This hunt provides a chance for a six pheasant limit each day for each hunter in the party. In addition to lodging and licenses, this hunt
includes breakfast, harvested game bird processing, and complete Safari Iowa Hunting Farms dog and guiding services.
Cost: $499 each hunter, each hunting day. (three or less hunters in party)
         $479 each hunter, each hunting day. (four or more hunters in party)

 

Grand Slam: The coveted Grand Slam hunt program is back. Featured is a NO DAILY LIMIT of pheasant, quail and Chukar Redleg Partridge. Hunters must use their own dogs for the hunt. Hunting birds are wild-released (no planted birds) on different Safari-Iowa farms. With good dog work and excellent marksmanship, 10-12 birds should be harvested each day, each hunter, maybe more. This is truly a wild Iowa hunt and has been very successful in the past.

There must be at least two hunters in the hunting party. Included is the hunt, a private lodge in the Safari-Iowa hunters camp and all hunting licenses. Breakfast may be added, if desired.
Cost: 2 day and three night: $769 each hunter, plus taxes
        3 day and four night: $999 each hunter, plus taxes

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:
1) Youth hunters (15 years of age and younger) may hunt at a 50% rate. Youth hunters may harvest three pheasant each hunting day.
2) PLEASE BE AWARE OF IOWA'S HUNTER SAFETY EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
3) If there is only one hunter in the hunting, special rates will be assessed for small group services
4) Iowa Sales/Use tax and hotel/motel taxes are charged on all services, according to Iowa Law.
5) LARGE SCALE QUAIL HUNTS ARE AVAILABLE. PLEASE INQUIRE AS TO AVAILABILITY AND PRICES.
